DELICIOUS and unique dining in Ponce City Market! First time having Persian and everything was really good. So many flavors, tons of food. Great experience! Staff were very friendly and helpful - and patient - as we figured out what we wanted. We waited for just a few minutes as they prepared everything fresh and then took our meal out to eat in the communal dining area. I started with the azadi cocktail - gin, grapefruit, mint, cardamom and bitters - lovely, light and refreshing and STRONG! We had the falafel plate as an appetizer which included four perfectly fried falafel patties, and a variety of things to top them - spicy tahini, hummus, sumac onions, pickled beets and more. For our meal we all got koobideh sandwiches, ground brisket and lamb piled high on rustic bread with braised tomato, labneh, pickles, onions and dill. It was amazing. Juicy, flavorful meats on crusty and soft bread, just the right amount of sauces and veggies - couldn't have been more pleased! The meals included a large box of well-seasoned fries. For dessert we tried both the baklava icecream and Persian icecream. Sprinkled with pistachio and even rose petals they were a delightful sweet finish to a wonderful meal. Thank you for this wonderful i production. To Persian food - now we'll know to seek it out next time we are hungry!

Have eaten at Delbar several times but finally tried Bibi while shopping in PCM. Absolutely delicious. My wife and I split two sandwiches, the Lamb Labneh Sandwich and the Beef Koobideh Sandwich. The bread on both was perfection and the meats were well seasoned and tender. The labneh was delicious and proportioned so that it didn’t overshadow the meat, and the zereshk on the lamb sandwich was the perfect complement. Had a salad and fries as sides. The fries were as good as any I’ve ever had...nice and peppery, crunchy but soft inside, and sauce that came with them was unreal. Without a doubt one of the best spots in PCM.

The hanger steak was amazing! The meat was seasoned to perfection. The adas polo it was sitting on was prepared perfectly. As a desert/drink I got the coffee majoon which was also delicious Hands down one of the top three Persian restaurants I’ve ever been to- and I’m Persian. So glad I visited.

We’ve gotten take out from here a few times now, and we’ve been impressed each time. The food is always great and the service has been extremely kind on every visit. My wife is a fan of the mahi and I like the koobideh, I think the sandwich is better value. Also, show them a recipes from Tap on Ponce and you get 10% off.

Bibi offers delicious Persian cuisine with a twist! It’s the perfect stop for a lunch or quick dinner. The lamb and labneh sandwich is scrumptious and can’t be beat—especially with za’atar fries and their spicy tahini dip!
